Chongyu (Michael) Wang is an Assistant Professor of Real Estate Finance in the Department of Real Estate & Construction at the University of Hong Kong. His academic publications have included articles on real estate investment trusts, commercial real estate, institutional investors, and investment. His research has been published in the leading business journals (e.g., Review of Asset Pricing Studies) and the leading real estate journals (e.g., Real Estate Economics, Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics). Prior to joining the University of Hong Kong, Chongyu worked as an Assistant Professor of Finance at Concordia University (Canada) and a Post-Doc at the University of Florida (US). Chongyu received Bachelor of Management and Bachelor of Economics in Finance and from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in 2012 and Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Connecticut (US) in 2017.
