Caroline Dotts is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and CliftonStrengths Discovery Facilitator. She is the owner of Strengths On Site, a coaching and consulting company dedicated to helping individuals and teams discover their innate talents and unlock their true potential. Caroline spent 14+ years in higher education, most recently as the Interim Senior Director of the Campus Recreation Center at the Georgia Institute of Technology. There, she oversaw programs, services, and facilities dedicated to enriching the health and well-being of the students, faculty, and staff at Georgia Tech.

Since becoming a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach in 2017, Caroline spent the next 5 years integrating strengths-based language in her department at Georgia Tech as well as throughout campus. In 2022, Caroline left the world of higher education to start her own company and currently works with other institutions such as the University of Toledo, University of Richmond, Kennesaw State University, Georgia State University, as well as tech-start up companies and marketing firms across the country, a global real estate advisor firm, and law firms in Georgia. She works with individuals, teams, managers, executive leadership, college and high-school students in both 1:1 coaching sessions and team workshops. Caroline also holds engaging keynote presentations and creates interactive webinars and multi-day retreats for her clients. Her extensive background in health and well-being brings a holistic approach to her coaching style, connecting the mind, body, and spirit in deep, reflective work.

Caroline received her B.S. in Exercise Science and her Masters in Sport Administration from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, where she was first introduced to Don Clifton's StrengthsFinder. In the 14+ years since, Caroline has creatively found ways to work strengths and a strengths-based language into her daily life, with the goal of fully integrating strengths into the fabric of the human experience and in places such as higher ed institutions like Georgia Tech, corporate companies, non-profit organizations, and anywhere individuals and teams come together to create magic.

Work Experience:

  • Owner and Chief Positivity Officer of her company, Strengths on Site (c. 2022); 14+ years in Collegiate Recreation at four universities: Belmont (TN), Cleveland State (OH), Georgia State (GA), and Georgia Tech (GA).

Leadership Experience:

  • Left GA Tech as the Interim Senior Director of the Campus Recreation Center, leading a team of 22 professionals and 300+ student assistants, a 390,000 sq. ft. facility + grounds, and a $7 million budget; Held a 3-year term on the NIRSA Foundation Board of Directors; Has served in leadership roles at Georgia State, Georgia Tech, and in her community.
