Cara Barrineau has an extensive background in communications, business, and the arts. She brings 11 years of coaching experience and 23 years of professional acting experience to her role as a trainer and coach. She is passionate about creating a supportive and challenging environment to help each participant build awareness and take risks.

Cara has worked extensively with a wide range of business segments, including technology, entertainment, government, and the financial industry. Select clients include: Executive Education Programs of Harvard & Columbia, Federal Reserve Bank, US Government, American Express, Citibank, IBM, Oliver Wyman, Johnson & Johnson, Hearst, Proctor & Gamble, Disney, Time Warner.

Cara’s business background dates back to 1995 with Nextel, where she developed a training program for 11 indirect sales companies. She later moved to New York City where she continued her career in training and became an executive coach.

Played leading role of Marj Saint in the 2005 feature film End of the Spear. Film won the Grand Prize for Best Dramatic Feature at the 2005 Heartland Film Festival Played supporting role of Jane in the 2000 Miramax film Takedown Playing leading role in world premiere of the play Carrin Beginning in 1999
