Biography
After a 10-year academic career within the HEC Paris Group as a corporate finance professor (since 1977), he was head of equity research and corporate finance division at Oddo & Cie (1987). Afterwards, he developed an activity of intermediation in private equity at Bryan, Garnier & Co (1999).
Before joining Accuracy, he created Close Brothers Fairness (2003), a subsidiary of Close Brothers SA specialized in financial valuations and fairness opinions.
Bruno has written many articles in professional and academic journals as well as two books on capital budgeting and corporate takeovers. He is also an affiliated professor to the HEC Paris Group (since 1987).
Bruno is a founding director of the French Society of Valuation Experts ("Société Française des Evaluateurs" or SFEV).
