Professor Emeritus
Bruce Buchan is a Professor Emeritus with Smith School of Business. He received his PhD from Michigan and his M. Comm and B.A.Sc. from the University of Toronto. His teaching interests include Business History and Strategic Management. Research focus has been on the History of the Management and Strategy of the East India Company. In 1987/88 Professor Buchan received the Commerce Society''s Teaching Excellence Award.
