Biography

Georgia Tech Professional Education

Brian Beck received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering and the M.B.A. degree from Ohio State University in 2007 and 2009, respectively. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering in 2016 from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Brian currently works as a research engineer in the Information and Communications Laboratory at the Georgia Tech Research Institute in Atlanta GA. He currently specializes in signal processing for wireless communications, software defined and cognitive radio, and spectrum sharing applications. His research interests include radio tomographic imaging, sensor localization and tracking, sensor registration, detection and estimation problems. Brian also frequently teaches undergraduate courses with the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Georgia Tech.
