Presentation

My research draws on and expands knowledge about the impact of personality traits and decision-making styles on various organizational goals. Insights from neurology, cognitive and social psychology form the basis for my investigations of business related decision-making. My research is based on sophisticated quantitative research methods and aimed at informing decision makers in Marketing and Management contexts alike who operate in today’s dynamic decision making environments.
