Bill Thallemer

Dr. Bill Thallemer joined TalentQuest in 2017, bringing more than 20 years of faculty experience at the masters and doctoral levels in both traditional classroom and online learning environments. As Executive Consultant at TalentQuest, Bill helps organizations across a variety of industries develop learning and development solutions that enhance and improve leadership and management capabilities. He also builds and facilitates blended learning leadership development programs, and change leadership, for executive, mid-level and frontline managers. Prior to joining TalentQuest, Dr. Thallemer spent twenty years in higher education. He held executive leadership positions at the Dean, Vice President, and Presidential levels, and chaired more than 20 dissertations. In addition, he served as President of Global Health Management, an international health care design and development firm with global operations in China, India, Mexico, and the UAE. To-date, Dr. Thallemer has developed over 100 courses and over 300 learning solutions. His clients include Nestle, McDonalds, Kroger, Fiat Chrysler Automotive, PRGX, Toro, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Boars Head, IBM, and more. Dr. Thallemer earned his Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Notre Dame, and a Masters in Education (Med) and Ph.D. in Leadership with the University of Mississippi. He also holds certifications in behavioral assessments (DISC and the Core Value Index) and change management (PROSCI).
