PIONEER: trailblazer, originator, leader. Pioneering leaders today envision a land of service, satisfaction, engagement and bottom line results. Are you a Pioneer? Do you inspire others? Are you invested in creating a collaborative environment that leverages all the strengths, experience and talent at your disposal?
Whether coaching leaders, facilitating masterful managerial coach development or consulting with executives to transform organizations into a collaborative collective, Betsy creates a safe environment for leaders to blaze their own exciting, yet risky trails as they expand their capacity to serve the real needs of the people they lead. She takes a holistic approach, analytical AND emotional, to help leaders translate positive intentions into positive action throughout their careers. Her laser focus on cutting edge leadership technologies equips her to work with people in diverse disciplines such as Entertainment, Healthcare, High Tech, Public Service and Sales. They all share paradoxical dilemmas such as the versatility to balance technical and interpersonal ability, analytical and intuitive decision-making, developing the business and developing the people.
Betsy believes that leaders exist to magnify strengths in themselves, others and the organization or cause they serve. She helps them do that. To support that deep belief, she co-created the Managerial Coaching Certificate of the KSU Coles College of Business and serves as a lead faculty member. With over 30 years of experience in education, public and non-profit organizations and government in various leadership roles, Betsy helps individuals, leaders at all levels and teams expand performance capabilities.
