Biography

Benjamin Dow is a doctoral candidate in the management department of the University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business. His focus is on organizational behavior. His primary research interests are in leadership and identity. His current work involves leader consistency, narcissism, and authenticity as well as the impact of multiple nested identities. Benjamin received his B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Miami, and his M.A. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. Prior to joining the PhD program, Benjamin spent more than 10 years working in strategy and supply chain consulting at IBM.
