Before joining Turkcell Group as CDAO, Barış worked in retail business as CEO of Mudo for 5 years which she has experienced all aspects of business operations, financials, marketing and sales management. Her result orientation and focus on big picture; dedication to transform business processes by leveraging technology was recorded in HBS case study. She proved her exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to quickly win stakeholder trust. Prior to Mudo, she spent 11 years at Accenture, most recently as the Products Turkey Partner. She led the development and execution of the Accenture Products Operations (Consumer Goods, Retail, Automotive, Pharmaceuticals and Transportation Industries) including client management, delivering big transformation programs and development of talents. Previously she served in key business and technology consulting roles at Accenture Germany GBS Unit as she was extremely adaptive to change with high customer orientation which helped to create successful results in multinational complex assignments. She was highly effective in building networks, managing complex dispersed organizations, leading high-performing team and lived in 10 countries during delivering projects in 25 countries on 5 continents in 5 years. Her consulting experience was build in IBM and PwC which she worked over 5 years before joining Accenture.
