Arjen Mulder is an assistant professor of finance at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. He earned his doctorate in business at Erasmus University. His teaching interests are focused in the area of corporate finance. He has taught a variety of courses at the executive level (MBA and exec.ed.), graduate level, and undergrad. He currently teaches the "Financial Management" core course in the fulltime MBA programme, as well as the undergrad "Corporate Finance" course in the BScBA programme. He has a very popular exec. ed. course (www.rsm.nl/fnf). He has won several teaching awards and has been awarded the "Professor of the Year Award" (student voting) for his undergrad courses in 2015, 2014, 2012, and 2010, and for his teaching in the MSc F&I in 2013.
His research interests are in corporate finance, international finance, international business, and banking.
He has worked at the Netherlands Economic Institute (nowadays Ecorys) prior to taking his PhD.
