Dr. Anna Thorner is Co-Director of Editorial Projects and Deputy Editor of Infectious Diseases at UpToDate, Wolters Kluwer Health. Dr. Thorner is part of the Biosurveillance team at UpToDate, which is working to optimise methods to use UpToDate search data to detect and monitor infectious disease outbreaks. She is also an Associate Physician in the Division of Infectious Diseases, Department of Medicine, at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, as well as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School.
