International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans

Mr. Pariser is the vice president of Residential Construction Council of Ontario (RESCON), an association that represents residential builders in the Greater Toronto Area. He sits as a management trustee for the Durham Residential Construction Labour Bureau (DRCLB) on the Labourers’ Local 183 Members’ Benefit Fund and Labourers’ Local 183 Training & Rehabilitation Fund and is the management chair of the Labourers’ Local 183 Vacation Pay Fund. Mr. Pariser currently serves as a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans Canadian Board and is a former member of the Apprenticeship, Training and Education Committee. Before joining RESCON, Mr. Pariser was a mediator for collective agreements with the Ontario Ministry of Labour. He graduated from Queen’s University with a master’s degree in industrial relations
