Henley Business School
Dr Ana Margarida Graça is Post Doctoral Fellow in Leadership at Henley Business School where she teaches on the MBA Leadership & Change, Research Skills, DBA Quantitative Methods and Undergraduate Management Skills' Modules. She co-supervises PhD, DBA and MBA dissertations. Ana is a member of the Henley Centre for Leadership (HCL), where she is involved in several research projects and coordinates the HCL international Research Seminars. She is also the Qualtrics administrator for Henley Business School.
Her PhD research is based on the recent theoretical developments on team leadership. Ana has conducted a number of studies on the reciprocal relationships between team processes and team leadership over time and across contexts. One of these studies was with a central government department responsible for over 300 local institutions. Ana has also been working in research projects around multilevel conceptualizations of leadership, their relationships with day-to-day innovation and leadership development. Her research has been published in academic journals in the Management domain, including Leadership and Leadership and Organization Development Journal and presented at academic conferences such as Academy of Management, European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology, INGRoup and British Academy of Management conferences.
Ana’s experience is extended to teaching, supervising, training and consultancy activities in different countries including Portugal, United Kingdom, Germany, and South Africa and across BA, MsC, MA, MBA, PhD and DBA programmes.
