Presentation

My research focuses on critical perspectives on managerial identity and HRM, especially in relation to issues around expectations in flexible ways of working. Following this broader aim I have worked with various empirical settings such as management consultancy, prisons, pole dance studios and executive networks where I have engaged with issues such as gender, ethnicity, high performance cultures, leadership and work-life balance. I am also associated to Lund University as Docent and am associate editor (book review editor) of the Scandinavian Journal of Management and part of the editorial collective of Ephemera.
