Fordham University

An Yan is a professor of finance at the Gabelli School of Business and co-director of the Center for Research in Contemporary Finance.

Professor Yan received his undergraduate degree from Tsinghua University, China, and his PhD in finance from Boston College. His main research interest is in theoretical and empirical corporate finance. He has published his research in the Journal of Financial Economics, the Review of Financial Studies, the Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis and other significant academic outlets.
