Alessandra Tognazzo

With more than 10 years of experience in organizational behavior and human resource management, my focus is on people in organizations and in particular on leadership, entrepreneurship, family businesses, organizational performance. I can confidently conduct interviews, business case analyses, surveys and statistical data analysis. In my teaching I employ student-centered interactive techniques and active learning. I am also author of national and international publications, winner of research and teaching awards and speaker at congresses and a TEDx.
