Biography
BI Norwegian Business School
I am an Associate Professor in Strategy and Entrepreneurship at BI.
My research interests focus on Innovation strategy, Entrepreneurship, Firm growth and the effects of Financial constraints for innovative firms. My research papers have been published in Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Organization Science, Research Policy and Industrial and Corporate Change.
My teaching interests mainly focus on Innovation and technology strategy. I am also teaching in Data Science/Analytics Master of Management courses together with Espen Andersen and John Chandler Johnson. I have been teaching courses in Economics of organization and Statistics at the undergraduate level; Economics of Innovation at the PhD level and International Business at the MBA and MSc level.
Before joining BI I was an Assistant Professor in the Business Department at Carlos III University, Madrid. I received my Ph.D. in Economics and Management from the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa, Italy. I received a degree in Statistics from the University La Sapienza in Rome, Italy.
