Biography
Alain Keravel graduated from the ENSAM, the HEC MBA and received a postgraduate degree in clinical psychology from the Paris-VII University.
After a 20-year operational career in the field of new technologies, he joined HEC''s Management and Human Resources Department. He manages the EOLE applied research laboratory on innovations at HEC, is a member of the HEC MBA steering committee and coordinates the "managerial behavior" course family.
His research interests include supporting change linked to technological innovation, emerging work organization methods. He teaches in a large number of programs for executives and managers, particularly in the field of hospital management. He is one of the co-authors of « le management des entreprises artistiques et culturelles » (the management of artistic and cultural firms).
