PROGRAM BENEFITS

Led by experienced business school faculty and public safety leaders, this program provides:

  • Access to some of the world’s best resources in business education and leadership development
  • Increased visibility into areas of personal strength and insight into potential areas for growth
  • Tools to develop and maintain stronger peer relationships and information to help with current challenges
  • Education to improve team organizational performance
  • Exposure to best practices in a variety of subject matter areas to assist in dealing with business and operational situations

Program Structure

This program compresses the very best content and resources into five days of immersive learning. The first session takes place at The Nature Place, where participants will be removed from their day-to-day lives and immersed in the program. The Nature Place is a comfortable mountain retreat and conference center located on a 6,000 acre privately owned ranch, one hour west of Colorado Springs. Visit www.thenatureplace.net for more information. Sessions 2 and 3 will be virtual. These sessions include both individual participation and group/team work. The dates and assignments are strategically spaced to allow participants to apply what they have learned and to return to the team with stories of success and insightful questions, further customizing the program as it progresses. The final session, which occurs on site, includes a graduation ceremony where supervisors and leadership teams are invited to attend.
