This programme is designed to assist you in your role as a leader with the guidance of the 360° assessment and an assigned coach who will have structured coaching sessions. You will better understand your strengths and blind-spots, which will be used to craft your own individualised Personal Development Plan and leadership style. These skills are critical in the new world of work to lead and manage teams and yourself into success.
This programme also focuses on the processes and realities of being a manager. It provides coaching, best-practice models, theories, case studies and frameworks that emphasise personal growth into a management role.
The skills learnt during the programme are applicable across all sectors in an office and remote work environment, which will help transform you into a world class manager and leader of others.
