Traditional linear project management approaches have to render inefficient. Teams that want to succeed need to strategically shift their focus from people to tasks to resources, where and when needed. The purpose of this module is to explore how to create high performing teams in complex projects.
What you'll learn

Observe and analyze the roles, skills, and behaviors found ineffective and ineffective teams.
