About the course

In the current context of business, where innovation is a requirement to thrive and adaptability a must to survive, projects become highly unpredictable and complex (shifting deadlines and deliverables, pivoting vision and goals…).

Traditional linear project management approaches have to render inefficient. Teams that want to succeed need to strategically shift their focus from people to tasks to resources, where and when needed. The purpose of this module is to explore how to create high performing teams in complex projects.

What you'll learn

Research, discuss, and critically evaluate traditional and cutting-edge thinking and techniques related to the planning, management, and evaluation of projects and teams. Observe and analyze the roles, skills, and behaviors found ineffective and ineffective teams. Critically reflect on your own role and contributions within a team engaged in a complex project or projects.
