About the course

Have you ever recruited and hired someone who ended up not being well-suited to the job? Job analysis is a critical function for effective recruiting and hiring in Federal organizations. You will gain the necessary knowledge and skills associated with the hiring process, as well as learn about regulatory requirements. You will have an opportunity to conduct a job analysis and use the results to develop assessment instruments, enabling you to find the right individuals to fill positions in your Federal organization.
