It is the least defined of the 3 branches of government in that the constitution establishes a Supreme Court and other courts “as Congress may ordain and establish. This one-day course provides an inside look into the judiciary and its role in the Constitutional system.

Designed to complement Inside Congress and Inside the White House, this course explores the intersection of policy and law in the third branch of government. You will learn about the federal court system, the types of cases brought before the judiciary, and the judiciary’s relationships with the other branches of government.
