Participants who have management experience and a good understanding of how to make the most of their team. Participants will be looking to improve their ability to gain buy-in from and influence internal and external organizational stakeholders.
About the course
This program provides participants with a deep insight into their own influencing style, the impact it has on individuals and situations, and how and when to adjust their approach to maximise impact.
Participants will be introduced to and practice the key skills and strategies necessary to build trusting and effective working relationships. They will learn how to influence both internal and external stakeholders, across and up the organisation, in face to face and virtual environments.
Impact Through Influence is taught by world-class faculty who have mastered the art of influencing in the workplace and put theoretical strategies to the test in immersive simulations with peers and actors.
Learning Outcomes for Participants and Organizations:
By the end of the program participants will:
- Have a deep insight into their own influencing approach
- Have the confidence to influence stakeholders at different levels inside and outside their organisation.
- Understand how to adapt their influencing style to different individuals and contexts for maximum impact
- Be able to influence effectively in a digital environment
- Understand the skills and principles for building trusting and effective working relationships
