Biography

Zoë Fortune is CEO of the City Mental Health Alliance in Hong Kong which she co-founded in 2017. She holds a PhD in Health Services Research from the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience, King’s College London, is currently completing a Masters in Counselling at the University of Hong Kong and is a qualified Mental Health First Aid instructor.

Zoë is an experienced trainer and public speaker, presenting on mental health at TEDxTinHauWomen and delivering training, keynote addresses and facilitating roundtable discussions on behalf of CMHA HK. Zoë is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Hong Kong and Technical Advisor to the Mekong Club to support their work to end modern slavery.
