Biography

-

As a writer, I’ve covered visual culture (art, design, film) and technology for a variety of publications. I had the chance to interview Ai Wei Wei on art and activism for Vox, explore a bunker turned creative hub in the Italian countryside for Artsy, edit a book on the world’s largest handwriting collection for TASCHEN, and even work on an episode of Salt Fat Acid Heat on Netflix.

My design career kicked off at the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design (CIID) back in 2019, where I worked on variety of projects including an AI-powered fortune teller, a digital archive for female & non-binary artists, a pheromone tracker, and more. I delved into new design tools, developed strategies for collaboration in a multi-disciplinary team, and, most importantly, perfected the still-at-the-studio-at-2am snack.

Since then, I’ve collaborated with established publishers, startups, and nonprofits on conducting design research and workshops, designing data visualizations, and all kinds of (mostly digital) prototyping projects. I’m now a Design Lead at the Zetkin Foundation, a Swedish nonprofit developing digital tools for progressive activists and organizers.
