Biography
Bayes Business School
Zhongwei Huang joined the Faculty of Finance at Cass Business School in 2015. He studies the intersection of financial reporting and corporate finance. His current research focuses on understanding how BREXIT affects the financial services in the City of London and how Investor Relations Officers’ Wall Street experiences influence the way corporations communicate with sell-side and buy-side. His broad interests include financial intermediaries, corporate governance, capital market regulations, and earnings management. He currently teaches financial statement analysis at graduate-level.
Zhongwei received his BA and MSc from Xiamen University in China and his PhD from ESSEC Paris. He is a non-practicing member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA) and holds ACCA affiliate status.
