Biography
McCombs School of Business
I am a management professor that is passionate about creating new knowledge that can inform current business leaders on how to best manage their employees and students on how to best manage their careers.
Specialties: Currently my research focus is on various topics in organizational behavior, such as voice, identification, and intergroup differences. My prior work experience at General Mills and Notre Dame helped develop my skills in complex data analysis, presentation design, sell story creation, program management, customer/donor relationship management, and leadership.
"Excellence is the result of caring more than others think is wise, risking more than others think is safe, dreaming more than others think is practical, and expecting more than others think is possible."
