Biography

Yoojung Ahn, PhD. is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at City University of Hong Kong. Her research interests lie at the nexus of strategy process and organizational theory, focusing on the multilevel processes that lead to firm outcomes such as corporate sustainability and collaborative strategies. Her research particularly focuses on the socio-cognitive processes of how to achieve these strategic outcomes. She holds a Ph.D. degree in Management from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, and received her M.A. from Columbia University and B.A. from Korea University. Prior to her doctoral studies, Dr. Ahn worked as a corporate sustainability manager at Proctor & Gamble.
