He is published extensively in conference proceedings on topics related to market planning, forecasting, and market research. Before teaching, as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at XENERGY, Inc. he provided marketing support, information services and energy efficiency consulting to many of the largest utilities and energy suppliers in North America.
