Bill Hassey is a Principal Lecturer focusing on leadership and organizational behavior at both the graduate and undergraduate level.

Bill has been instrumental in advancing the efforts of Executive Education for Peter T. Paul College focusing on Leadership and Organizational Change. In this effort he has served as a consultant to leaders in companies who are managing and leading the change process as well as an instructor in leadership development programs. In addition, he serves as Faculty Fellow for Executive Education working with fellow faculty members in designing and preparing programs and sessions to be delivered to leaders.

Dr. Hassey’s Teaching Methodologies are highly experiential with a strong focus on self-assessment and action planning. The sessions are highly interactive with opportunities to establish individual goals and objectives as follow-up.
