Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs

Will Dobbie is an Assistant Professor of Economics and Public Affairs at Princeton University and a research fellow at the Education Innovation Laboratory at Harvard University. Professor Dobbie holds a joint appointment with the Department of Economics and the Woodrow Wilson School, and is a faculty associate of the Industrial Relations Section. Professor Dobbie’s research interests include school inputs and student outcomes, peer effects in schools, the impact of voluntary youth service, and the benefits of the consumer bankruptcy system. He received a B.A. degree in Economics from Kalamazoo College in 2004, a M.A. degree in Economics from the University of Washington in 2007, and a Ph.D. in Public Policy from Harvard University in 2013.
