Biography:

Wenbin Cao is an Assistant professor of Finance at NEOMA Business School in France. His research primarily focuses on empirical corporate finance and governance; he also works on topics that are related to financial markets such as market liquidity. His research papers have been accepted by several major conferences in finance including the Financial Management Association (FMA) Annual Conference, the China International Conference in Finance (CICF), the World Finance Conference, the Energy and Commodity Finance Conference. He has served as an ad hoc referee for the Journal of Commodity Markets. He was a lecturer for Financial Markets and Intermediaries, Investments, and Advanced Corporate Finance when he was at the University of Oklahoma in the U.S.
