Wanyi Yang

Lecturer in Finance (Assistant Professor of Finance) at Lincoln University (NZ)

Biography

I work in the area of sustainable finance and international asset pricing. I believe finance can bring value to society in a sustainable way. I collaborate with academics and industries to seek solutions for the measurements of impact investments and the benefits of international asset allocation. My future research will focus on understanding how impact-oriented investment and funds can be classified within the impact themes, and factors that influence the competitive returns of impact investment. I value collaboration and am keen to discuss potential research projects with people. Before joining Lincoln University, I work as a research fellow at Sim Kee Boon Institute for Financial Economics (SKBI) and Singapore Green Finance Centre (SGFC) at Singapore Management University.
