Harvard Medical School

Professor Walid Habre is Senior Consultant in Paediatric Anaesthesia and Head of the Unit for Anaesthesiological Investigations at the University Hospitals of Geneva. As a clinical scientist, he is leading a research group at the University of Geneva and had several scientific projects granted by the Swiss National Science Foundation. Past and present member of the Board of several Societies, he has organized the joint American-European Congress on Paediatric Anaesthesia in 2013. Recently, as member of the local organizing committee, he organized the social events for Euroanaesthesia 2017, which took place at Palexpo and was attended by over 5’000 delegates from all over the world.
