Biography

Prior to joining AUS, Virginia Bodolica taught in the areas of strategic human resources, compensation management and corporate governance, assumed consulting roles in private and public organizations and delivered customized executive programs for a number of companies in Europe, North America and the Middle East. Her research interests are related to executive compensation, board of directors' dynamics, behavioral governance and innovation and knowledge management. The results of her research have been published in academic journals such as the Academy of Management Annals, Strategic ...
