About me

Vanda is a Lecturer in HRM. Before this role, she worked as a Research Associate on the Paired Peers Moving On Up project (UWE Bristol) for two years, as  a Teaching Associate at the Graduate School of Education & at the School for Policy Studies, University of Bristol for more than five years and as a Regional Facilitator for Action Tutoring (Registered Charity Number 1147175) for nearly a year .

Her research interests revolve around sociology of work and higher education, women in male-dominated sectors (especially in engineering), subjectivities, critical pedagogy as well as alternative research methodologies/epistemologies.

Vanda is also a member of the WISE Bristol Hub steering group.
