Presentation

My research focuses on how digital technologies transform various aspects of work and professional relations. I am striving to develop a nuanced position that neither overlooks nor overestimates the role of new technologies; ’the digital revolution’ does not revolutionize all aspects of organizing. I both do empirical studies of what happens to professional relations when work processes are digitized, and I pursue a research agenda exploring what happens to bureaucratic structures, accountability and professional relations in digitized public sector organizations.
