Tyler Perrachione is a College of Health & Rehabilitation Sciences professor within the Dept. of Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences. His research seeks to answer three questions: 1) Do developmental disorders of language and reading result from aberrant central auditory function? 2) What are the behavioral and neurophysiological factors associated with auditory learning and auditory expertise? 3) How do people recognize one another by the sound of their voice?
