HO Tuck Chuen is a Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years of extensive and varied financial experience in diverse industries ranging from Real Estate, Electronics, Pharmaceutical, Software and from MultiNational Corporations to Companies listed on US and Singapore Stock Exchange to Singapore Public Sector. He won the Best Regional Public Sector CFO Award 2011 from FUTUREGOV. He is the Group CFO of Singapore Institute of Advanced Medicine Holdings. He is also an Adjunct Professor with NUS Business School and Singapore Institute of Technology. Before this, he worked as the Group CFO of JTC before his retirement in 2017. He sits on the Advisory Committee of VITAL ORG (MOF), Singapore University of Social Services (Accountancy School) and Temasek Polytechnic (Business School). He also serves on the Audit Committee of Bartley Community Care Services and St. Luke Elder Care. He won the Best Regional Public Sector CFO Award 2011 from FUTUREGOV. Two of his other accomplishments include: transformed Finance function from backroom operation to a business partner to various stake holders of JTC Group in the furtherance of JTC‘s Charter. Developed and maintained effective system of internal controls and corporate governance to safeguard the assets of JTC Group and to ensure compliance with Regulations. He served as Council Member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and Singapore CFO Institute and Advisory Committee of Statutory Boards Accounting Standards. His expertize spans the broad spectrum of financial and accounting functions and include Mergers & Acquisition, Corporate Finance, Finance Strategy, Enterprise Risk Management, Capital Budgeting and Consolidation Accounting.
