Biography
Trevor is a strategic process analyst, innovation and technology, and knowledge management (KM) consultant based in Hong Kong. He recently completed a World Bank knowledge exchange project where he led a group of delegation senior cabinet officials from Bangladesh to visit six Singapore's government agencies, learning about their digital transformation journey and data management implementation.
Over the past 25 years, he has conducted over 100 consulting projects and training workshops for MNCs, governments and NGOs such as the World Bank, UNOPS, International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Hong Kong government departments, utilities, and telecommunications companies. Trevor earned his MBA from Simon Fraser University and EdD from the University of Hong Kong.
Trevor facilitates GTP efforts in the following 7 countries in the East Asia region: China, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Mongolia, South Korea, and Taiwan.
