Dr. Tony Swaim’s experience in supply chain and project management spans over 30 years. Currently, he is Principal at his consulting firm, Tony Swaim & Associates where he has delivered on-site project management training for companies including Cedars-Sinai Health Systems, Motorola, Mercury Insurance, and Alcatel/Lucent. He has also provided Lean Six Sigma and supply chain training for Textron, Yamaha, Boston Scientific, and Emerson Electric. Previously, he worked as a Director of Supply Chain Management for Allergan, Worldwide Production Planning and Systems Manager for Beckman Coulter, and Materials Manager for Baxter Healthcare.

Dr. Swaim has his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from California State University and his Doctorate in Business Administration from Kennesaw State University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He is also Certified in Integrated Resource Management (CIRM), Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB).
