Biography
International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans
Mr. Iannucci is the president of Cortex Applied Research and is based in Toronto, Ontario. He has been providing governance-related advisory services to institutional investors across North America for over 25 years. During that time, Mr. Iannucci has devoted his efforts to enhanceing governance and board effectiveness, strategic planning, board education and investment consultant searches. He has advised many public retirement systems and corporate pension plans in both the United States and Canada. Mr. Iannucci is a regular speaker at conferences across North America and has co-written various papers on board governance. He has served as a volunteer board member for the Integrative Management Challenge, an undergraduate business program at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. Mr. Iannucci is a founding member of the Master of Trust Management Standards instruction team for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. He holds a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Toronto and an M.B.A. degree from York University in Toronto.
