Vlerick Business School Executive Education

Tine Holvoet holds a track record of multidisciplinary collaborations. She obtained a Master degree in Sociology at KU Leuven in 2005. In 2010, after working in arts and architecture, she established TeamTank, a multidisciplinary think tank in Brussels, together with visual artist Pieterjan Ginckels.

In 2012, she joined Vlerick Business School, advising the Flemish Government on entrepreneurial culture (STORE 2012-2015). She gained international experience from contributing to the GEM consortium (Global Entrepreneurship Monitor) from 2012-2015, providing an annual assessment on the framework conditions of entrepreneurship in Belgium and the level of entrepreneurial attitude, activity and aspirations. As a seasoned advisor and research collaboration partner, she has translated this research for government into a dozen research reports with broad visibility and impact. Since 2016, together with Prof. Bjorn Cumps, she shifted her focus towards innovation and disruption in the global financial services sector. Not exactly being the typical finance girl, she is currently exploring new formats for knowledge sharing and experience exchange on finance.
