Wisconsin School of Business

Thomas Landgraf is a senior lecturer in the Department of Real Estate and Urban Land Economics.

Landgraf teaches the Residential Property Development Class. This course acquaints students with both the approach, and the necessary tools such as financing, government programs and regulations, that a successful developer will need to understand in order to succeed.

He is currently Principal of Dimension Development, LLC, which provides public and private clients advice on development of affordable and market rate rental housing and older adult assisted living units.

Landgraf earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the Wisconsin School of Business.
