As a partner and co-founder of PowerfulWork, Tom Kornbluh is a management consultant with more than 20 years experience in organizational and management development. Tom has provided strategic planning, leadership coaching, team alignment and management training to large consulting firms, not- for-profit organizations, hospitals, engineering and manufacturing firms and many government agencies.
Tom is a master facilitator who can lead challenging groups with great clarity and compassion, while bringing teams to new breakthroughs in creativity and decision-making. He has designed and delivered hundreds of highly experiential, creative adult learning programs for businesses and spiritual organizations.
Tom has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in organization development. He is a faculty member of the graduate school of the USDA’s Center for Applied Management and for many years was a faculty member of Georgetown University’s Organization Development Program.
