Tan Lay Ngan

Lay Ngan delivers courses and manages consulting projects on IT Governance, Strategic IT Planning, Enterprise IT Architecture and Data Governance. She also conducts Postgraduate Course and Essential Leadership Skills for Project Managers. Her recent completed consultancy projects included a large Insurance Company located in Singapore. She is appointed by Singapore Information Technology Standards Committee, as Chairman of IT Governance Technical Committee. She works with International Joint Technical Standards Committee with the aims in establishing Singapore as a practice-leader in effective IT Governance directed to enhancing business value of IT. She is also actively involved in setting the Technical Guides on Cloud Computing. Prior to joining ISS , she was with various ministries and statutory boards holding high position in IT Management.
