Biography:
Mr. Wakasugi has significant expertise in strategy, capability development and organizational development for organizations.
Prior to joining GLOBIS, he worked for management consulting firm Booz & Company for 10 years, helping leading companies develop their strategies and essential capabilities. He also worked as director for a London-based education start-up. Previously he was a faculty member at Business Breakthrough University.
At GLOBIS, he is engaged in curriculum and content development in the area of strategy, organizational behavior and marketing, as well as talent development for corporations and individuals. He also serves as an executive coach for a start-up.
Besides his work at GLOBIS, he disseminates a strengths-based approach for individuals to thrive at Japan Positive Psychology Association (JPPA). He is a registered yoga teacher (RTY-200).
